Russian state-controlled oil giant Rosneft said Monday it added more oil and gas to its reserves than it produced in 2010, posting a reserve-replacement rate of 162%. Rosneft’s proven reserves totaled 17.62 billion boe as of Dec. 31, which include 14.29 billion bbl of oil and 566 Bcm of gas, in accordance with US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) standards.
