Norway Slashes Reserves Estimate by 20%

The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) has slashed its estimate of undiscov- ered reserves on the country's continental shelf (NCS) by around 20% to roughly 16.35 billion barrels of oil equivalent - and forecast a 6% drop in oil production in 2011 amid disappointing drilling results.
