Rosneft boss Eduard Khudainatov con- tinues to exert his authority in his new post after firing a number of managers during a visit to the southern Krasnodar Krai region Thursday. After meeting with the management of production subsidiary Krasnodarneftegas Khudainatov relieved General Director Nikolai Kovalyov and three of his deputies of their duties, citing a failure to fulfill production targets, particularly in terms of oil, as well as their inability to take timely action to avoid harming Ros- neft's overall performance.
