Dubai-based Indago Petroleum said Tuesday it will wind itself up and return all capital to shareholders after deciding to sell its remaining assets earlier this month. Meridian Oil and Gas, which holds over 43% of Indago, said it would not support any strategy other than the return of the company's cash to shareholders, Indago said. Its cash balance stands at $35 million.
