Revolution Aluminum LLC's status with the Louisiana Secretary of State's office will slip to "not in good standing," due to its failure to file its annual report this week, the agency confirmed to AMM Feb. 18.The company, which has been hit with numerous lawsuits alleging misrepresentation and fraud on the part of chief executive officer Roger Boggs (amm.com, Dec. 11), was obligated to file an annual report with the Secretary of State's office by Feb. 17, in order to provide the state with an update on the basic information of the company, including the location of its office and the identity of its management team.
