Distributor sentiment on line pipe stepped back in August after reaching an eight-month high the previous month as prices continued to trend lower with a 12th consecutive decline.The National Association of Steel Pipe Distributors' index fell to 33 last month from 37 in July as inventory continued to overhang the tubular supply chain.
