Nutrichem to acquire Dow herbicide

The Chinese company, Beijing Nutrichem, has agreed to acquire Dow AgroSciences’ oxyfluorfen herbicide business for an undisclosed amount. The deal covers global registrations, manufacturing information and intellectual property related to the herbicide including all Goal herbicide brands. Dow will be authorised to distribute Goal herbicide products made with oxyfluorfen supplied by Nutrichem on an ongoing basis, Dow points out. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
