Huapont-Nutrichem to acquire 20% stake in Albaugh

Chinese agrochemical company Huapont-Nutrichem will purchase a 20% stake in the US agrochemical and fine chemical company, Albaugh (Ankeny, Iowa). The agreement, signed at the end of July, will see Huapont-Nutrichem acquire the shares through a wholly owned American subsidiary at a price of $220 million.
