Max Mara gains max exposure

Selective Beauty says that its first Max Mara fragrance since it took over the licence from Cosmopolitan/P&G will be its biggest launch to date. MaxMara Le Parfum was created by Firmenich's Vincent Schaller whose only brief was to create something completely different to the floral fruity juice of the first Max Mara fragrance. A visit to a Max Mara store gave Schaller all the guidance he needed. "I saw those simple, elegant dresses and I wanted to so something to match them," said Schaller. "I took musks but they had to be different, so I made the most musky fragrance in the world."
