Anita Roddick has pledged to continue her commitments to The Body Shop and other campaigns after revealing that she has the liver disease,hepatitis C.The 64 year old animal rights activist and founder of The Body Shop announced that she contracted the virus following a blood transfusion in 1971 and may face a liver transplant as a result of developing cirrhosis.Roddick discovered that she had the disease more than two years prior to the 652m merger of The Body Shop and French cosmetics giant L'Oreal last year.
