Iran's NPC unveils US12.5bn investment plan

IRAN'S NATIONAL Petrochemical Company(NPC)will invest US12.5 billion under its fourth five-year plan-more than it sunk into its three previous plans combined.NPC president Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh unveiled the plan at the 7th Iran Petrochemical Forum(IFF),held in Tehran in early May.Nematzadeh says the Ministry of Petroleum and NPC's board of directors have approved the budget for the plan.
