Utpal Bora takes charge as full-time Oil India Chairman

Mr. Utpal Bora has taken over as the Chairman and Managing Director of Oil India, the country's second-biggest state-owned oil and gas explorer. Mr. Bora, who was Executive Director at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) before this appointment, is the first full-time Chairman of OIL in more than a year.
