Former Chairman of Coal India Ltd. (CIL), Mr. Partha Bhattacharyya is set to take over as Managing Director of Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. (HPL). The outgoing Managing Director of the company, Mr. Swapan Bhbwmik, will lay down office on March 31 at the end of his term.
