Polymer demand in India is set to continue to grow at double-digit rates, given robust and sustainable growth expected for the overall economy, the low per capita consumption for polymers (in comparison to global averages) and the key role the materials will play in a number of end-use sectors ranging from automobiles to packaging and from agriculture to infrastructure development.
