摘要

The influence of thermal processes on the electrical characteristics of the arc and the parameters of an electrical are furnace as a control object are considered. Electrical functions of a two-layer arc model are generalized and the basic functions of the cylindrical part of the arc are calculated. It is shown that the functions of the voltage gradient and the electrode displacement gradient are non-linear and multi-factor. Expressions for the transfer factors with respect to the current and voltage of high-power furnaces at the melting stage of the solid charge are derived.
