摘要

The process of quasi-isostatic pressing the hot products of the self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is considered. Investigation of the temperature mode, and the aggregation and structural state of the SHS products of the Ti-C-Ni system is performed. A block model of the deformed volume is presented; the parameters of the virtual field of the velocities of plastic flow is determined; and an energy equation in the form of a variational functional is obtained. Reological models of the non-linear viscous SHS products and the rigid-plastic granular shell are considered in which a dual mechanism of densification and the local character of the particle deformation of the granular medium are taken into account.
