摘要

The results of simulation and experimental investigation of the process of hot quasi-isostatic pressing the SHS products of the Ti-C-Ti system are presented. Good agreement of the experimental data with the data calculated with the use of reological models of non-linear viscous products of the synthesis is shown in which the presence of a melt and the local character of the particle flow of the solid phase is taken into account. Quantitative estimations of densification of different cones of the granular shell and the force characteristics of the process and the non isostatic coefficient are derived. This information is of interest for the technology design and optimization of the process of SHS pressing.
