摘要

A plasma processing is proposed to make sprayed coatings when producing carrier catalysts (crust catalysts) of spherical or like shape (dia. 3-30 mm). A signifkant reduction of process operation (up to 1-2) is reached as compared with usual impregnation technologies. Examples of testing and using of crust catalysts made of silver, nickel and nickel-chromium for various chemical reactions application are demonstrated. Activity and selectivity of these catalysts were higher than those made with impregnation methods.
