摘要

The application of laser heating in machine-building technologies is shown allowing it is essential to expand ways of manufacture of details with the improved properties at diffusion welding and soldering of diverse materials. The weld diagram of refractory diverse materials with laser updating of a surface by a method of diffusion welding allowing to predict of mechanical property of connections is constructed. Structure and the properties of a formed technological layer are determined by processes of dissolution and hashing saturated of elements occurring in a bath capacity of melting and at subsequent it krystalization. The zone of thermal laser influence has three brightly expressed of a site: a firm solution of saturated element, zone of hardening and endurance. The decrease of labour input diffusional welded of processes is achieved by correctness of designing of a detail and choice of an optimum level of power influence on metal at given temperature.
