Quality assessment statistical methods in metallurgy

The methodological aspects of application of quality assessment statistical methods for the metallurgical product (MP) are considered. The statistical assessments of MP quality with regard to the error of product and required accuracy are treated to be of considerable important. The methods of statistical assessment that are steady to the upset of initial proposition about distribution type and other perturbations are described. The basic types of estimations and brief notes concerning the usageof steady procedures of assessment are presented.
