摘要

A hypothesis was proposed to explain the biostimulation of seeds after treatment with a microwave electromagnetic field. It was shown that the assumption of the decisive effect of a microwave field on the transport properties of the translocation system of the plant satisfactorily explains the phenomena observed in the germinating seed and the plant developing from it. A physical model of the response of the plant cell to a microwave field was constructed, which formed the basis for a method for calculating the maximal permissible time of treatment of the plant tissue.
