Evaluation of temperature fluctuations at contact interaction under conditions of friction and metal cutting processes

摘要

The method of temperature fluctuations evaluation is presented. The method is based on consideration of simplified models of contact interaction at friction and metal cutting processes. It permits to estimate in the first approximation theinfluence of instability of sliding speed and contact stresses, and structure irregularity of contacting bodies on the comparative value of local temperature field disturbances taking place in subcontact layers of contacting bodies.
