Underflooding and Drainage of Areas under Construction and Built-up Areas

摘要

The general approaches to the solution of topical problem of prediction and protection of the areas under construction, built-up areas and buildings have been stated. The examples of realization of engineering conceptions of protection of concrete objects and areas against underflooding are given.
