Kinetics of a Melting of a Powder Strand with Fusible Reactive Filling Materials in a Melted Steel

摘要

The results of mathematical modeling of melting process of powder wire with silicocalcium or aluminium under their input in liquid steel are submitted in view of a porosity of a filling material. The opportunity of account of rational speed of input of a wire in ladle or tundish ensuring its complete melting at the bottom of the unit is shown.
