The results of mathematical simulation of the SiCa-powder wires melting and the filler assimilations processes under their entering into liquid steel are presented. The optimization criterion of the powdered wire entering regimen, taking into account mass transfer processes in ladle along of the calcium treatment is offered, the rational regimen of the SiCa-powder wire treatment for ladle by capacity 350 t is installed.
