摘要

The bulk amorphous Zr{sub}64Cu{sub}18Ni{sub}10Al{sub}8 alloy with a diameter of5mmwas successfully obtained by an injection-casting method. The equilibrium crystallization temperature and the associated activation energy of the amorphous alloy were determined using differential scanning calorimetry and Kissinger's peak shift method. The mechanical properties were determined by microhardness. The results show that the bulk amorphous Zr{sub}57 Cu{sub}20Ni{sub}8Al{sub}10Ti{sub}5 alloy, the glass transition temperature is 430℃, the crystallization temperature is483℃, the associated activation energy is 124 kJ/mol, and the Vickers hardness is 502 for the Zr{sub}57Cu{sub}20Ni{sub}8Al{sub}10Ti{sub}5 bulk amorphous alloy.
