PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-base amorphous alloy having high amorphous substance forming property and excellent mechanical properties and chemical properties.;SOLUTION: The Ni-Ti-Zr amorphous alloy has a composition represented by the formula: Ni100-a-b-cTiaZrbMc (wherein, M is one or two elements selected from the group consisting of Si, B and Sn; and a, b and c represent atomic percentages and satisfy 15≤a≤30, 5≤b≤30, 2≤c≤7 and 40≤a+b+c≤60, respectively) and also has a structure where amorphous phase comprises ≥50% by volume percentage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
