On the heat condition of a cooler for the drain ash from a fluidized bed

In a one-dimensional stationary formulation, we have obtained an analytical solution of the problem on cooling of the drain ash, going out from a fluidized bed, with the account of carbon reburning. We have shown that, under certain conditions, the ash particles are heated at the expense of heat of the chemical reaction. Variants of the ash cooling process implementation, excluding the possibility of local increase in its temperature, are discussed.
