摘要

A Pt catalyst (1.5g/L) and a Base Metal catalyst were tested. Two types of diesel fuel were tested.One was JIS No.2, and the other was Sweden Class-1. The sulfur contents were 0.04 wt% and0.0002 wt% respectively. The testing mode was Japanese diesel 13 mode. The Pt catalystremarkably reduced benzene, aldehyde, CO, and THC in exhaust emissions, but the Pt catalystpromoted particulate emissions when the fuel was JIS No.2. The combination of Pt catalyst andSweden Class-1 diesel fuel showed especially low exhaust emissions without increases in particulateemissions.
