Anodontinae (Bivalvia) of the genus Beringiana [Russian]

A taxonomic review revealed that in northeastern Russia and in northwestern America the genus Beringiana includes 9 species. Four new species (Beringiana chereshnevi sp. n., B. derzhavini sp. n., B. kamchatica sp. n., and B. georgiensis sp. n.) are described. The species earlier known as Beringiana taranetzi is redescribed as a species of the genus Arsenievinaia. A key to identifying the species of the genus Beringiana is given.
