摘要

Physical characteristics of acoustic signals and peculiarities of their recognition and classification in Tupaia glis are considered. The leading character in recognizing various acoustic signals is the frequency filling of sounds. A shape of the dynamic spectrum is an accompanying characteristic. The temporal sound parameters and the pattern of distributing energy between spectral maximums are used in classification of signals within the motivation and topological range in Tupaia. The perception of acoustic signals in Tupaia is of discrete character.
