摘要

There is a great demand on the stable supply of fresh fruits & vegetables throughout the year. However, most fruits & vegetables can harvest only specific season. It's also difficult to preserve freshness for a long time. Therefore in this study, a new type of preservation system to control the ripeness for fruits was studied. First, the evaluation standard of the degree of ripeness was examined. It was found that the respiration of fruits would be the standard of the degree of ripeness. Next, the ripeness control was carried out with the filter using the bamboo extraction liquid for preservation and ethylene gas for promoting ripeness. In consequence, it was found that the difference of the amount of respiration can be monitored and that this ripeness controlling way was effective for fruits.
