摘要

The structure of four-components Bi-Ga-Sn-Ge alloys in a whole region of concentration has been investigated by the x-ray diffraction method at temperatures 960 and 1130 deg C. The model of a microinhomogeneous structure of melt was used for the interpretation of experimental data. This model allows to obtain the quantitative information on the distribution of different-sort atoms within the microvolumes. It has been shown that the structure of liquid alloys is microinhomogeneous in a whole region of concentration (a concentration tetrahedron). The regions of concentration (solid figures), including melts consisting of the same-components' clusters. The composition of two-components' clusters is the same as composition in two-component melts Bi-Ga, Bi-Sn and three-component melt Bi-Ga-Sn.
