Methodical tricks of direct determination of rare earth elements in neodymium Oxides of high purity using mass-spectrometry with induction-bound plasma are developed. The method provides determination of contents on the level below 10~(-3) wt percent. We determined the optimal content of Nd_2O_3 in a solution. At this optimal content matrix element does not suppress the impurity signal The values of random errors of determination are lined for La, Ce, Pr, Sm, Eu, Dy, Ho, Er and Yb admixtures. The detection limits of La, Ce, Pr, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu admixtures in neodymium oxide range within the interval of 1 centre dot 10~(-4) -1 centre dot 10~(-5) wt. percent.
