摘要

Electrooptical properties of a suspension of Brevibacterium sp. 13PA microbial cells were studied during metabolism of acrylamide and some other amides. It was shown that under optimum growth conditions and optimum settings of electrooptical measurements, acrylamide induces changes in the orientation spectrum of the cells within a frequency range of 10 to 502 kHz. Some amides (benzamide, propionamide, acetamide, and butyramide) also change the electrooptical properties of the cells.
