Report on 2011 Fuel Cell Seminar and Exposition October 31st - November 3rd, 2011, Orlando, FL, USA

The Fuel Cell Seminar and Exposition has been held every year, or every the other year, since 1976 making it the 27th of a series of meetings in 2011. In particular, the Fuel Cell Seminar and Exposition technical conference has been characterized as a bridging function between research and industry. Attendees from the research end presented their work; and, industry engineers try to identify solutions for their technical problems. Topics of sessions and the number of attendees basically depend on the level of interest and demand from the industry side. In the past, these conferences covered various kinds of fuel cell technologies, including AFC, PAFC, MCFC, SOFC, DMFC and PEMFC. Recently, most of topics are either SOFC or PEMFC. Hydrogen storage research is also covered to some extent.
