Russian gold-mining industry and the future of Russian market of noble metals

The results of operation of gold-mining enterprises in 2002 are analyzed. De-velopment of gold mining in the main gold-mining areas of Russia is shown. Operating results of leading gold-mining works are presented, as well as the data describing gold mining out of ledge and placer deposits. The role of the banks at gold market and in investing of gold-mining enterprises is shown. Dy-namical development of gold-mining industry during recent years is concluded.
