Investigation of chemical transformation of dispersed materials for certified reference materials of composition by artificial aging method

摘要

Procedure of planning and carrying-out of investigations by the artifical aging method under study of chemical stability of dispersed certified reference materials (CRM) for spectral analysis was proposed. The necessity of carrying-out experiments series with different extreme degrees of unstability factor with the purpose of obtaining the correct conclusions about CRM stability was shown.
