The international comparison of spectral responsivity of silicon photodetectors

The spectral responsivity scales of eighteen national standards laboratories including VNIIOFI have been compared within wavelength range from 250 nm to 1000 nm using two different types of silicon photodetectors.Good agreement was found between the scales of the participating laboratories. The difference between VNIIOFI and BIPM scales was not more than± 0,5 % for visible and near IR range. The maximum difference for near UV was 3,7 %.
