The heat of combustion measurement problems in certification of the main energy carries

摘要

It is shown, that the transition to the international practice of account for the natural gas on the basis of its total energy content makes it possible to obtain comparable prices for the energy provided by different energy carriers. It is suggested to take into account the superior heat of combustion, instead of the inferior one. New requirements of GOST 8.577-2000 are elucidated.
