摘要

Thermostable compression-molded bonded magnets, composed of anisotropic Nd-Fe-B powder, epoxy resin and thermosetting resin with volatile component, were developed. The influence of the thermosetting resin with volatile component on thethermostability and the mechanical strength of bonded magnets were investigated. The results show that thermal deterioration of bonded magnets is decreased by using the thermosetting resin with volatile component. Bonded magnets made by this method have a powder volume fraction and degree of magnetic orientation of 77% and 96%, respectively. Bonded magnets with a high mechanical strength can be obtained by improvement in the compounding process.
