摘要

Background: There is increasing interest in endothelial-derived factors and their role in disease states. Endothelium-derived hyper-polarizing factor (EDHF) has been shown to be important in the regulation of vascular tone. Indeed, in previous studies in the rat, we have demonstrated a role for EDHF in the regulation of hindlimb blood flow, in vivo.1 However, the contribution of EDHF to cardiovascular control in mice remains unclear.
