Circumstance and subject on the 3rd Revision of JIS Z 3331 'Titanium and Titanium Alloy Welding Rods and Solid Wires'

JIS Z 3331 has been discussed for the third Revision. It will be authorized and issued very soon. The First JIS Z 3331 was issued in 1977 as "Titanium Welding Wire". This has been revised in 1988 as "Titanium and Titanium Alloy Inert Gas Welding Rod and Wire". The author describes the situation at those cases and suggests his opinion for the subject to be considered in future.
