New multi-resonant forward AC/DC converter with clamp circuit

摘要

Multi-resonant forward AC/DC converter has characteristic of high power factor under the soft switching. However, the terminal voltage of the main switch in the converter becomes very high voltage by resonanting. Therefore we present a new multi-resonant forward AC/DC converter with a clamp circuit. This AC/DC converter can suppress properly the terminal voltage of the main switch by clamp circuit.
