摘要

Ultrahigh J{sub}c YBa{sub}2Cu{sub}3O{sub}(7-x). (YBCO) films have been successfully fabricated by the metalorganic deposition method, using a trifluoroacetate coating solution which is prepared by a newly developed purification technique, the Solvent Into Gel (SIG) method. Thus, the prepared pure coating solution with less than 0.25% impurities has wide flexibility in process conditions to obtain high J{sub}c YBCO film. Using this feature, we have successfully formed 50mm diameter YBCO films, which have critical current density over 10 MA/cm{sup}2 (77K, 0T) on LaAlO{sub}3 single crystalline substrates.
