Microstructure Patterning on Anodic Oxide Film of Aluminum by Laser Irradiation

摘要

Based on the observations and analysis of the findings, it can be concluded that, the low power laser beam is sufficient to remove the upper part of the anodic oxide film of aluminum to make microstructures on the surface. These type of micro-structures can also be formed after removal of oxide film from the surface.
