Effects of protein insufficiency in the pregnancy and lactation on the structural and functional characteristics in the rat offspring small intenstine

摘要

In experiments in the Wistar rats it was shown that insufficience of protein in the maternal diet during pregnancy and lactation-considerably retards in tile offspring the structural and functional development of the gastro-intestinal tract.
