摘要

In order to design and develop a novel raw silk with more desirable qualities, a new type of composite raw silk produced by Antheraea yamamai and Bombyx mori was investigated. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) It was possible to produce composite raw silk with a sheath/core structure with a range from 61/39% to 82/18% in the fiber composition of Antheraea yamarnai and Bornbyx mori silk; (2) For the range of fiber composition for Antheraea yarnamai and Bombyx mori silk, a close correlation between the results of the theoretical calculations and the experiment was noted; (3) In the production of composite raw silk, it was necessary to control the core tension and/or the dissociating tension by adjusting the Cocoon cooking conditions. That is to say, it was best to cook the cocoons in 98 deg C water for 50 min for Antheraea yamamai and in 50 deg C water for 6 min for Bombyx mori.
