An investigation of forming of the Nb--Zr alloy's surface-layer electronic structure

摘要

The distribution over the energy of the photoelectrons emitted from the surfacelayer of the Nb--Zr alloys was investigated. The energies of the photons were equal to 8,4 eV and 10 eV. By variation of the sample temperature the concentration of the Zr in surface layers was changed in the range of 10%. Froth the graphics of the dependence of the photoelectrons flux on their energies it was found the irregularity in this spectrum of the energies 1,1 eV below Fermi level. This irregularity is due to influense of the d-electrony of Zr.
