The concept of the business plan of enterprise restructuring was given. Classifications of types of business plans was provided according to the various features. The structure of the business plan was developed in accordance to its substance. The subject matter of each section of the business plan was presented. Besides, a set of problems dealing with business plan implementation as well as enterprise restructuring project realization were described.
